How long does it take to dry a commercial facility?

All jobs are different, so call SERVPRO of Nantahala on site to evaluate. Here are some common steps for cleaning up a commercial site.

1. Call a restoration company for mitigation  - Mitigation is the first step and the faster they are on site working the faster the job is done.
2. Relocate employees - have them either share office space or telecommute. The need for continual revenue requires continual work.
3. Relocate equipment - If possible move equipment to another floor that is not affected allowing employees to use them during the drying process.

Drying can take between 3-5 days depending on the size of the loss. It is best to have a plan in place to mitigate the damage.
